Developed a new power measurement system for solar energy, from concept to PoC. Led architecture research, simulations, and prototype development; recognized and praised in senior engineering design reviews.
- Modular Interface Design:
Designed and delivered a plug-and-play analog interface module for the datalogger, handling schematic, PCB layout, fitment testing, and product bring-up; took it from concept to production-ready in one month.
- Library & Process Standardization:
Rebuilt a 450+ part Altium component library with consistent metadata, parametric tagging, and footprint validation, streamlining BOM accuracy, sourcing, and design efficiency across teams.

Designed and fabricated PCBs for power management, and sensor interfaces, enabling reliable subsystem communication; work contributed to the team securing AIR 2 (2023) and AIR 3 (2024).
- Control & Automation:
Developed embedded control software for robot automation in ABU Robocon 2024 and engineered the team’s swerve drive system during the design phase, enhancing mobility and precision in competition.

Autonomous Ball Sorting & Storage Robot
Autonomous robot with computer vision for ball detection, sorting, and silo storage, integrated with sensor-guided control, securing AIR 3 at Robocon 2024.
Smart Piston Control System
PCB handling up to 4 proximity sensors and controlling 4 pistons via DC-DC valves, enabling precise, high-speed motion coordination with the main microcontroller.

Centralized single-battery system powering all 5 subsystems, designed to avoid ground loops, reduce weight, and ensuring stable, uninterrupted robot performance.

Conducted a two day hands-on workshops on PCB designing using EAGLE CAD, helping students gain practical skills and raise money for the robotics club.

Developed a technical report detailing an IMU-fused PID control framework for real-time stabilization and autonomous trajectory correction in fixed-wing UAVs.
